What we keep confidential

Documents and information you submit with a quote request, such as a census, payroll invoices and a workers' compensation declarations page ("Documents"), are kept confidential.

How we use Documents

We use Documents only to prepare and obtain PEO quotes for you. We share them only with the PEOs you selected on the quote form, and only as needed for that purpose. We do not sell Documents or use them for marketing.

What we ask of you

Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or medical information. Remove employee names where you can.

Retention and deletion

We keep Documents only as long as needed to complete your quote request. Email us to ask for deletion.

Limits

PEOs you select receive your Documents under their own policies. These terms do not create a partnership, and they do not replace a PEO's own agreements. Where required by law, we may disclose Documents.
